When preparing your photos to be scanned there are a couple of things to know. If your prints are being stored in an album, you will want to take them out. Prints left inside an album will incur an additional handling fee. Now comes organizing your prints. If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of getting your prints organized before you send them in We can scan them in the order that they are already in. If you would like, you can use our optional online image organizer. To organize them after they have been scanned. If you already know the order you want your prints scanned in, just put each group of prints inside a gallon size ziploc bag. Label each bag with a name or identifying group number. We offer 1 group for every 50 prints you send in. You can divvy your groups up however you want. Please note that this does not apply to groups created online. You can create as many groups online as you wish. Include any special instructions explaining how you have organized your prints and how you want them to be organized. This way there won’t be any confusion. Just a note, prints must be scanned by size, we can not guarantee the sequence within each group. You can keep each group together, we just have to scan each size of print together in that group. If you want to adjust the sequence of your images within the groups, you can use our online image organization system to accomplish this. When you are ready to place your order, you can fill out your order form online. If you need help at any time, don’t hesitate to call us at 1-800-776-8357. After you have filled out our order form, place all your items in a shipping box with packing material. so that your prints are not jumbled around in the box during shipment. Please make sure to include your order form in the box, so that we know who the prints belong to when they arrive. We accept shipments from all carriers, so you can pick whichever carrier is most convenient for you. We do recommend using FedEx or UPS, because they offer superior tracking. We do not recommend using the post office. Once we have received your package, we will notify you by email that your package has arrived, and the date we expect it to be completed. It’s that easy
